Rebirth Pakistan is a mission-driven Research, Training, and Organizational Development company committed to building character-driven leaders, futureready workforce systems, and research-informed institutions across Pakistan. Founded as a strategic expansion of the experience and insights gained through The Project Suicide (TPS), Pakistan, Rebirth Pakistan represents a shift from awareness-based interventions toward systemic transformation. While TPS focused on suicide prevention, psychoeducation, and youth mobilization, Rebirth Pakistan addresses the deeper structural challenges that shape individuals, organizations, and leadership ecosystems.
We operate at the intersection of psychosocial science, leadership research, and business studies; translating evidence into practical systems that strengthen human capital, organizational culture, and institutional integrity. Our Story
From awareness to lasting change
The journey of Rebirth Pakistan began long before its formal establishment. It began through years of fieldwork, research, and national engagement under The Project Suicide (TPS), Pakistan. Through TPS, we worked extensively in upstream suicide prevention, mental health advocacy, personal growth, youth empowerment, and leadership development. We engaged universities across Pakistan, built ambassador networks, partnered with international organizations, and directly impacted thousands of the youth. Along this journey, we confronted a difficult realization: while awareness saves lives, systemic weaknesses continue to produce despair. We observed recurring structural challenges:

It became evident that the crisis was not limited to mental health; it was rooted in leadership culture, institutional design, and workforce development. We understood that if we truly wanted a society where people challenge their despair rather than surrender to it, we had to move beyond awareness campaigns. We needed systemic change. And systemic change requires research-informed leadership, ethical organizational frameworks, and structured human development.
Rebirth Pakistan emerged from this realization; as a response to the leadership and character crisis observed at institutional levels. It was founded to bring psychosocial, leadership, and business research into practical implementation across organizations, corporations, educational institutions, and public sector systems. Rebirth Pakistan is the next phase of a larger mission, building future generations, leaders, and organizations driven not merely by performance, but by character and purpose.
