LEADERSHIP IN PUBLIC HEALTH

In a high-level strategic collaboration with the Health Services Academy (Ministry of National Health Services, Government of Pakistan), we executed an intensive, one-day capacity-building initiative. Conducted under the Rebirth Pakistan banner, this extensive workshop focused heavily on Personal Growth and Leadership Character Development for emerging public health leaders. Co-facilitated alongside leading national health experts and esteemed academic directors, we delivered targeted psychosocial training designed to forge integrity, empathy, wisdom, and systemic resilience. Ultimately, this on-the-ground intervention equipped the next generation of national health professionals with the ethical framework and character-driven human infrastructure required to lead with purpose in an ever-changing public health landscape.
